As the COVID-19 pandemic endures, companies and organizations of all types are looking at their current and potential future-state work environments. For many, this process will include a detailed plan for employee return-to-work. The process is complicated, and a detailed program will be unique for every organization. That said, I found this recent piece written by Brian Lynch for, to be an excellent place to begin the process for any organization. It is not an attempt at a fully detailed plan, but a well thought out overview of vital tenants that all organizations should contemplate when designing a plan to fit their needs.
