When it comes to securing your information and protecting your privacy, there is a lot of information out there. People often do their own “research” and, like many things, end up garnering information from second- or third-hand sources like “tech-savvy” friends or something they saw on TV. While some of this advice can be helpful, much of it is often outdated or may even provide a false sense of security, leading to disaster.
